Lifetime Product Guarantee for Wearable Tech Accessories

If your WITHit protective case, band or other wearable tech accessory designed for use with another company’s device malfunctions due to an issue with the materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the product, we will replace the product free of charge. Simple as that. Our goal is to treat you right.

Our Lifetime Guarantee is not meant to cover ordinary wear and tear of the WITHit accessories products, only defects or flaws with workmanship or materials. This means that coverage lasts for the ordinary expected use and lifetime of the components and materials in the product. The following conditions may limit coverage:

• WITHit accessory products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper care

• Repetitive abuse of our guarantee

• Registration is not required, but it does allow us to provide you with better customer service

• The guarantee is always limited to the maximum value of a replacement of the same or similar product of equal value and does not cover the repair, refund, or replacement of any other property, including but not limited to any electronic devices or other personal property that may be used together with the product

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for WITHit Smartwatch and Fitness Tracker Devices

WITHit warrants to the original purchaser of WITHit smartwatches and fitness tracker devices that all manufactured components of WITHit smartwatches and fitness trackers will be free from defects in materials and assembly for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

• The cost of returning this product to us and damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper usage, or third-party repairs are not covered under the terms of this limited warranty.
• This limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the original product. Proof of purchase date is required.
• There are no additional warranties, implied or expressed. WITHit shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
• Registration is not required, but it does allow us to provide you with better customer service
• This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for WITHit Reading Accessories

WITHit warrants to the original purchaser of WITHit book lights, magnifiers and other reading accessories that all manufactured components of WITHit reading accessories will be free from defects in materials and assembly for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

• The cost of returning this product to us and damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper usage, or third-party repairs are not covered under the terms of this limited warranty.
• This limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the original product. Proof of purchase date is required.
