Metal Link – No Tool

Step 1
Evaluate the number of links that need to be removed for a comfortable fit. Turn the watch band to expose the underside, identify the arrow-marked link on the inner side, and gently pull in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Step 2
While continuing to pull, rotate the arrow to disengage the link from the watch band.
Note: Rotate two arrow links to remove one link.

Step 3
Slide the link off following the direction of the arrow. Repeat steps 1 & 2 as needed until the watch band is adjusted to the preferred length, removing any excess links.

Step 4
To reassemble, slide both sides of the band together to connect the links.

Step 5
While keeping the arrow link rotated, gently pull it toward the arrow and rotate the link.

Step 6
Then, carefully slide the remaining link on both posts and push to lock the arrow link in place securely.
Screw Pins – Screwdriver Tool

Step 1
Evaluate the number of links that need to be removed for a comfortable fit.

Step 2
Turn the watch band to expose the location of the screw pins, flange side out.

Step 3
Take a screwdriver to unscrew pins by rotating counter-clockwise.

Step 4
Once screw pins are loose, remove the pin. Repeat steps 3 & 4 as needed until the watch band is adjusted to the preferred length, removing any excess links.

Step 5
To reassemble or to add links, slide both sides of the band together to connect the links. Make sure to line the links up for the screw pins to be reattached.

Step 6
Insert the screw pin through the links. Then take the screwdriver to rotate clockwise and fasten the screw pin until it is secured in place.
Cotter Pins – Sizing Tool

Step 1
Turn the knob counter-clockwise to make room in the slot for the band.

Step 2
Place the band into the slot with the backside of the band face up and hairpin side holes away from the pin-removal rod, and then carefully align the rod with the pin on the recess side of the watch band.

Step 3
Slowly turn the knob clockwise so that the rod pushes the pin partially out of the watch band link. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to open the slot, and then remove the watch band. Pull the pin completely out of the band link.

Step 4
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove the pin from the other side of the link, and then remove the link. Continue removing pins and links until the band is the desired length.

Step 5
To reassemble or add back links to the band, press the two unattached links together, and slide a pin into the flange side hole that is on the opposite side of the recess side.

Step 6
Place the watch band into the slot with the backside of the band face up and hairpin side next to the pin-removal rod and knob. Align the rod with the pin, and then slowly turn the knob clockwise to push the pin into the watch band link.
